Causes
1. Excessive intake air flow
2. The intake pressure is too low
3. The intake air temperature is too high
4. Serious intake supersaturation
5. Adsorbent failure
6. The regeneration of dryer is not complete

Find out what to do
1. Check whether the air flow, pressure and temperature of the dryer are normal
2. Check whether the drain valves of air compressor, air storage tank and filter in front of dryer are normal
3. Take samples from the discharge port of the dryer to check whether the adsorbent is invalid
4. Measure and record the exhaust temperature of regeneration tower (with heated desiccant air dryer)

Solution
1. The factors of intake air flow, pressure and temperature can only be solved by adjusting the air compressor or adding other equipment
2. Replace the drain
3. Replace the adsorbent
4. Increase the regeneration gas volume
5. With the heat dryer, the exhaust temperature of regeneration tower can be achieved by adjusting the heating temperature and heating time.
