The warranty period is 12 months. Return visit every 3 months to ensure the safe operation of the equipment. During the warranty period, if the equipment has quality problems, the company will give a reply within 8 hours, and professionals will arrive at the site for maintenance within 48 hours.

Ensure the timely supply of spare parts and provide high quality service. After the equipment is delivered for use, the communication shall be carried out continuously to understand the operation status of the equipment. The company has 9 sales service centers in Beijing, Xi'an, Shenyang, Jinan, Shanghai, Chengdu, Guangzhou, Hangzhou, Nanjing and other places, which can timely respond to customer requirements.
