What causes water in compressed air

What causes water in compressed air? Excluding the moisture in the compressed air may be caused by the following reasons because the configuration standard does not meet the process requirements:

1. The freeze dryer is not working properly;

2. The adsorption dryer is not working properly;

3. The air storage tank, refrigerating machine and filter are not drained in time.

Corresponding solution:

1. Check the cooling effect of the refrigeration compressor, whether there is dust scaling in the condenser that affects heat transfer, if it is a water-cooled dryer, check the temperature of the cooling water, water pressure, and whether the condenser is scaled or not;

2. Check whether the valves of the adsorption dryer are normal, and whether the adsorbent has no water absorption effect due to overtime use; at the same time, it should be noted that if the compressed air entering the adsorption dryer contains too much oil, it is easy to cause adsorbent pollution and invalid.

3. It is very important to discharge sewage in time, otherwise, a large amount of oil and water will easily run around with the compressed air, damage the equipment and affect the production.
