1. Dryer

When the air compressor is inhaled the air, the air contains water vapor. In the air path, these water vapor may be converted into liquid water again. Once the liquid water is gathered in the air road, the damage valve and its seal are sealing and rushing away. And at extreme temperature, water vapor may freeze, block the air path and cause damage to parts.

The air dryer with an overall reflux deck valve. The gas of the main storage cylinder is returned through the circuit protective valve. The air passes through the dry tank and the water adsorbed on the surface of the desiccant will be discharged through the exhaust valve, so the water and gas absorbed by the molecular sieve will be cleaned. The molecular sieve can be used to continue to dry the air.

For the regular inspection and maintenance of the vehicle dryer, daily inspection should check whether there are water storage cylinders (especially areas with high humidity). When the storage tube farthest from the dryer is found, it is carefully checked or replaced in time Dryer.

Dry tube should be replaced regularly, generally replaced at least once every two years.

The replacement method is as follows:

1. Remove the old drying tube and clean the connection bolt and valve body, as shown in the figure below:

2. Apply a layer of grease at the neonatal tube valve body sealing and coordinate parts, and apply a little thread to tightly seal at the coordination of the dry tube and the connection bolt, as shown in the figure;

3. Twist the new dry tube on the valve body and tighten the maximum tone of 15nm.

It should be noted that the inlet and outlet must not be reversed, otherwise the assembly will fail. When replacing and disassembling the dryer, make sure that the compressed air is unloaded in the corresponding air tube to ensure safe maintenance.

Second, storage cylinder

Energy storage, filtration, stabilization. There are many places on the vehicle, as small as the whistle, so as to brakes, etc. The weather gradually turns cold, and the vehicle returns to the warm garage after driving in cold weather. The water steam will be condensed in the gas storage cylinder. If the water vapor gathers to a certain amount, it will cause serious threat to the vehicle brake system. Therefore, our drivers must check the storage tube carefully when checking the vehicle in winter.

Pulling the water stretching ring in the lower part of the gas storage tube to open the water storage valve. If the individual gas storage cylinder has condensed water flowing out, it is necessary to clean the storage water in the storage tube; if multiple air storage cylinders have condensed water flowing out, it is necessary to replace the dryer in the dryer Desiccant.

After multiple use of the water discharge valve, due to the aging of the sealing ring, the air leakage may occur. If a similar status quo occurs, please replace the corresponding model in time.

The gas storage cylinder is compressed air. When disassembling the related brake pipelines and valve body, make sure that the compressed air in the corresponding air storage tube has been unloaded to ensure safe maintenance.
