500 cfm non-cycling refrigerated air dryer

A 500 cfm non-cycling refrigerated air dryer is the most common type of refrigerated air dryer available. They turn on and run at full speed resulting in a steady dew point of approximately 38ºF.

There is an air to air heat exchanger to cool the warm incoming air from the compressor. Then the airstream passes through a refrigeration circuit further cooling the air. As long as the compressed air does not get below 38ºF after it leaves a 500 cfm non-cycling refrigerated air dryer, you will not see any water get downstream.

500 cfm non-cycling refrigerated air dryers with proper filtration is the most cost-effective way to ensure clean air is sent into your production equipment.
