The gas-water separator is mainly used to separate gas and liquid in industrial liquid-containing systems. The advantages are high water removal efficiency and small volume.

The gas-water separator is mainly used to separate the gas and the liquid in the industrial liquid-containing system, to improve the drying degree of the steam and reduce the phenomenon that the steam carries water. Commonly used gas-water separators include tubular separators, shutter separators, cyclone separators, etc.

working principle

Through the principle of five-stage separation—speed reduction, centrifugation, collision, direction change, condensation, etc., the liquid water and solid particles in the compressed air (gas) are removed to achieve the effect of purification. After the moisture is condensed during the cooling process, the baffle in the separator makes the gas change its direction twice, and rotates at the designed speed to generate centrifugal force to efficiently separate the liquid and particles. The drain should discharge the condensate in time. .
