Externally heated industrial desiccant air dryers are designed for applications that require seasonal protection against freezing. 

During winter, standard models provide ISO 8573.1 Class 2 (-40°C/-40°F) dew points to protect usage points from freezing. 

During summer, standard models provide Class 3 (-20°C/ -4°F) dew points to keep air systems dry.
