The refrigerated compressed air dryer uses the principle of cooling the air to reduce the air temperature, and the moisture in the humid air is separated from the air after condensation, and the drier air is obtained.

The adsorption compressed air dryer uses the principle of pressure swing adsorption. When the wet air passes through the adsorbent, the moisture is adsorbed by the adsorbent to obtain dry air.

Refrigeration dryer

1. Working principle:

The humid and high temperature compressed air flows into the pre-cooler (for high temperature type) to dissipate heat, and then flows into the heat exchanger for heat exchange with the cold air discharged from the evaporator, so that the temperature of the compressed air entering the evaporator is lowered.

After the heat exchange, the compressed air flows into the evaporator and exchanges heat with the refrigerant through the heat exchange function of the evaporator. The condensed water is condensed to form water droplets, which rotate at a high speed through a unique air-water separator, and the water is separated from the air due to the centrifugal force. After separation, the water is discharged from the automatic drain valve. The dew point of the air pressure after cooling can be as low as 2°C.

The cooled air flows through the air heat exchange and exchanges heat with the high-temperature humid hot air at the inlet. When the heat-exchanged cold air absorbs the heat of the inlet air and increases its temperature, the compressed air also passes through the secondary condenser of the refrigeration system. (Unique design in the same industry) The heat exchange with the high-temperature refrigerant again makes the temperature of the outlet fully heated to ensure that the outlet air pipeline does not condense. At the same time, the cold source of the outlet air is fully utilized to ensure the condensation effect of the refrigeration system of the machine and the quality of the air at the outlet of the machine.

2. The adsorption compressed air dryer uses the principle of pressure swing adsorption. When the wet air passes through the adsorbent, the moisture is adsorbed by the adsorbent to obtain dry air. working principle:

A large amount of air discharged from the air compressor flows in from the compressed air inlet pipe and enters the operating tower in the two towers through the air valve, and the moisture in it will be absorbed by the adsorbent and dried. When the air circulates to the top of the tower, all the moisture in the air is absorbed, so as to achieve the purpose of drying. The whole cycle standard takes 10 minutes, and each tower runs for 5 minutes. One tower is in the process of working (operating tower), and the other tower is in the regeneration state (non-operating tower). The regeneration time is 4.5 minutes, and the continuous pressure time is 0.5 minutes. During the regeneration process, a part of the dry air in the operating tower enters the non-operating tower through the regeneration air volume control valve, and the water in the tower is brought to the atmosphere through the muffler. The gas consumption during operation is 12% of the processing capacity of the equipment.
